The new commune of Hautes-Pyrenees, more precisely of Bigorre, Saligos is located in the Pyrenees, in the arrondissement of Argelès-Gazost. Since 1 January 2017, it has merged with the municipality of Vizos.
A noble fief in the Middle Ages, Saligos is today best known for its touristic activity and its ideal geographical location to discover the most beautiful tourist sites of the Pyrenees.
