• Mountain bike with a mountain bike center offering rental of road bikes, mountain bikes and mountain bikes. MTB-FFC area in the sector of the Tour of Lake Paladru with 15 mountain bike trails corresponding to more than 250 km of marked trails from green to red, circuits of all levels of difficulty, regular entertainment. The mountain bike map is available free of charge in two reception offices on Voiron and Charavines.

• La Grange Dîmière: The Carthusians build large agricultural buildings to collect the proceeds of the tithe (tax in kind). The Tithe Barn of the Courrerie is the majestic witness to their wealth. Mentioned in 1549, it was rebuilt in 1658. This agricultural cathedral measured 22.5 meters in front, 35 meters deep, and 18 meters high, to which must be added a low level of stables. The Dîmière Barn suffered a major fire in 1906 and its length was halved. In 1993, it is restored and transformed into a cultural place. Classified as a historical monument, it now hosts summer exhibitions of ceramic sculptures and many cultural events such as the Festival Les Nuits Hors la Grange.
• The Sylve Bénite: A modest hermitage is created in 1116 on lands given by the lord of Virieu. This is the 3rd establishment of the Grande Chartreuse. In 1167, an illustrious religious joins him, the brother converses Thierry. He is the natural son of the Emperor Barberousse, the latter having given his name to the monastery after his vision of a hand blessing the forest. From then on, the Carthusian monastery knew an important expansion, to the chagrin of the local population. Indeed, to constitute their desert (isolation enacted by the rule of Saint Bruno), the Carthusians extend their territory thanks to seigneurial gifts, by removing the inhabitants and demanding new taxes. The property of the Carthusians will be dispersed during the revolution and sold as national property in 1798. The buildings of the monastery will be abandoned and looted. From the imposing Carthusian monastery (today private property) there remains only one element of the 17th century cloister, the abbey dwelling and some annex buildings.
• The Saint-Christophe church: A manuscript preserved in the monastery of Silve Bénite, indicated that an old parish Saint Christopher existed in 1307. The church rose to the hamlet of Charpennes where there is a field always named Eglisier. In 1760, the inhabitants of several hamlets obtained the restoration of this parish. The reconstruction of the new church is done in the hamlet of Pin (already mentioned in 1666), current center of the village. It will be finished in 1769. The church Saint-Christophe shelters four very beautiful pictures. One comes from the old monastery of Silve Bénite.
• Many starts of hikes are made from the town. These circuits are part of a hiking map covering the entire Pays Voironnais, which represents 34 towns and more than 500 km of marked trails. It is on sale in the two reception offices, on Voiron and Charavines.
• 5 new mountain bike trails have just been created from the Dimière Grange offering a mountain bike area around Lake Paladru with more than 250 km of marked trails from green to red. This free card is at your disposal in the reception desks.
• Swimming: The beach of Ars, intimate and all grass, offers beautiful shaded areas to enjoy the lake in peace. During the summer period, this beach is monitored.

The Festival Nuits Hors la Grange at the Grange Dîmière the first week of August with many free animations on simple registration.

• Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru: This museum presents discoveries of archaeological excavations carried out in the lake. Two sunken villages were searched: the village of "Baigneurs" dating from the late Neolithic (2,700 BC) and the medieval habitat of Colletière (Year One). The most beautiful objects found are exposed and give a glimpse of the daily life for these two essential periods of history.
• Louisias' barn: Historic Monument. It is a mud and stubble set built in 1805.
