Small village in the Loire, in the Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes region, Verrières-en-Forez takes place about fifty kilometers from Saint-Etienne, on the edge of Puy-de-Dôme. It is located in the canton of Montbrison, not far from Lézigneux, Lavieu or Saint-Anthèlme.
The one which extends between 540 and 1272 meters above sea level reveals a history closely linked to that of the barony of Ecotay on which it once depended. Green and full of charm, the town continues to attract visitors today wishing to discover a region of France with many tourist and sporting assets.
