Ownership of the lords De Codol between 1505 and the French Revolution, the village of Ur is now a site mainly focused on tourism.
The village boasts an important natural heritage, as well as some monuments of great interest. Full of charm, it attracts many visitors eager to discover the culture and traditions of this part of the Cerdanya, throughout the year.
