The mansion Dassiers, located Cutlers in the historic center of Toulouse, was built from 1700 to 1786 for the Count Vaillac Francois Tournier, also adviser to Parliament. The building was erected on a parcel which had previously built five adjoining houses.
There remains some items or stories of the building erected in the eighteenth century, including courtyard, like windows to grips (decorative elements at the corners) wide and high, the tables in the bays and the large cornice side elevations. However, it is a remarkable staircase handrail wrought iron artist Joseph Bosc, signed and dated 1778, at the staircase, which justifies the protection of all as historical monuments.
By 1830, the facade is redesigned and upgraded interiors according to the aesthetic canons of the time (including carpentry).
The building was bought and restored in 2010 and now houses a hotel luxury establishment. Outside the guests, the hotel Dassier is therefore visible from the outside during a free guided tour or the city center. Information +33 5 67 16 19 99 08 or 92,180,180.
