The mansion Caulet-Resseguier (also referred Duranti hotel) is located rue du Lieutenant Colonel Pelissier, in the historic center of Toulouse.

Protected as historical monuments (including the facade facing the street and the bottom of the central staircase inside), the building dates from the Renaissance.

Its first owners, there have been Jean-Etienne Duranti, first President of Parliament (1537-1589) and Jean-Georges Caulet, Treasurer General of France, who performed first rearrangements.

The mansion then passed in Resseguier family in the eighteenth century, undertook many facilities to bring the hotel up to date.

The building designed by U (a first of its kind in the sixteenth century) has two towers "screw" slate-roofed, the rest of the building is brick.

While some addictions are redeemed in the course of the nineteenth and early twentieth century, the hotel was acquired at the beginning of the 1960s by Galeries Lafayette some prestige rays (eg jewelery) are installed in a part of the building.

The entire mansion, whose interiors have been restored and secured, is open to the public very occasionally, especially during Heritage Days.
