Thérondels is the northern most department of the Aveyron and the Midi-Pyrenees. Neighbor of the Auvergne, it is situated between the Massif du Cantal and the heart of the Aubrac plateau it has history, geology, agricultural practices and general characteristics.
If the cattle is dominant, with the iconic flagship race Aubrac breed, milk production is processed into cheese "Cantal" or volume to aligot (flat specific Aubrac).
