Nestled between the forest of the Landes and the Atlantic Ocean, Soorts-Hossegor is a famous seaside resort famous for its spot of the Gravière and its golf course among the most beautiful in Europe. It is in a natural space of incredible beauty that you will discover Soorts-Hossegor. Beginning with the Barthes. 50 hectares of marshy meadows where a wildlife preserved in full freedom. This protected natural area offers you a circuit of 3.7 kilometers during which you will be able to appreciate the fauna and the flora of the place. The walk continues in the Landes. This immense forest is truly a green lung of France. The wood is maintained without, however, its authenticity being denatured. It is the ideal place for walking, picnicking or even an early morning jog. The lake of Hossegor also shelters a rich and varied fauna that you will appreciate while strolling along its banks.
In the essential of Soorts-Hossegor, its famous golf 18 holes combining technical and sensations for an unforgettable part. The green is yours whether you are a beginner or a confirmed golfer.
The ocean attracts inexorably. So you can sunbathe and enjoy all the nautical pleasures with its sandy beaches. Sailing, fishing or surfing are only a few examples of the water sports that will be part of your stay. On the marine lake or in the ocean, you will necessarily find the activity that suits you. The sea, the sun and your swimsuit... that's all you need.
Classified as Historic Monuments, Sporting Casino, a perfect example of Basque style, welcomes you to its sports complex with swimming pool, mini golf and tennis courts. You will also find something to eat and of course, a gambling casino.

On the religious heritage side, you can visit the church of Saint-Etienne de Soorts, the Sainte-Trinité church of Hossegor and the Notre-Dame-des-Dunes chapel.

- In the year of the Paris 2024 Olympics, and in line with the actions undertaken by MACS up to summer 2024 to accompany this exceptional event, four MACS communes and the Festiv'Adour association are collaborating to host the "Sportives !" photographic exhibition by Eric Mistler, from March to August 2024, which photographed women of all ages, origins and regions of France in their sporting activities as amateurs in the original sense of Olympism. Three women from the Landes region are included in the series, and many of the sporting disciplines represented at the Olympic and Paralympic Games are represented.
