- The Old Port, located in the heart of the city, now has all the technical and aesthetic characteristics necessary for yachting, while maintaining its authenticity, its charm, with its traditional points. The Old Port currently offers the following capacity all year round:
- 163 berths from 0 to 6 m (including 28 for professional fishing).
- 48 berths from 6 to 8 m (including 7 for professional fishing).
- 44 places from 8 to 12 m.
- 7 places for institutions and businesses (gendarmerie, police, SNSM, coastal shuttles, barges...).
- The total surface area of the conceded body of water is around 2.65 ha, that of the conceded area is 4.45 ha. The port has the particularity of being on the west bank, with the outlet of the coastal river of the Garonne.
- The port facilities are made up of:
- Kennedy West Quay: sea house, slipway.
- Kennedy south quay: fairing, 10T crane.
- Fishermen's wharf: slipway, harbor master's office, supplies.
- Quai Jean Bart: fish sales bench, three wharfs.
- Quai Albert Premier: ferry terminal.
- Quai Nomy: passenger freight.
- The Old Port sees a multitude of users coexist: commerce, professional fishing, passenger transport, commercial leisure activities, diving school, permanent and seasonal institutions, land commercial activity.
- A refueling service and a fairing area are available to customers. From 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
