Small town of Haute-Loire, in region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Saint-Pierre-Eynac takes place about fifteen kilometers from the city of Puy-en-Velay. It is located near Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, Montusclat and Bessamorel.
Occupied territory for many centuries, as evidenced by the various tools found in the cave dwellings nearby Saint-Pierre-Eynac was mainly developed in the Middle Ages under the yoke of the Velay lords.
