At the heart of Vendée, 10 km from the Puy du Fou, Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre owes its name to "Holy City of La Vendee" Louis-Marie Grignon de Montfort. Some 25 000 visitors per year, as John Paul 2nd in 1996, come to pray at his tomb in the basilica. There are also in Saint-Laurent 2500 students including 1300 internal within the whole school Saint Gabriel - Saint Michael. And then at Saint-Laurent to live, to stroll in any season on the many trails and parks along the Sevre Nantes.
