New common Calvados, Normandy, Val de Drôme takes place about fifty kilometers from Caen and its ducal castle, near Caumont-sur-Aure, or Biéville The Perron. She was born on 1 January 2017 from the merger of Dampierre, La Lande-sur-Drôme, Saint-Jean-des-Essartiers and Sept-Vents.
Lordship whose existence is attested since the thirteenth century, the territory of Val de Drôme has developed over the centuries, taking the face it has today. Mainly agricultural and rural, the town however has a very nice architectural heritage to discover during a stay in the region.
Its ideal location also allows to discover the most beautiful cities in the area and learn a little more about the history of Normandy.
