The marina of Saint-Denis-d'Oléron, in Charente-Maritime, is the largest port on the island.
Located to the northeast, its reception capacity is 730 places on pontoons with a space dedicated to visitors (60 places). Be careful though, it is reserved for boats under 18 m with a maximum draft of 2.50 m. For entering the port, note that three waiting buoys are available.
Also based on the site are cruise ships providing trips or connections to Fort-Boyard, the island of Aix or even La Rochelle.
For the past fifteen years, following renovation, restaurants, shops and bike rental points have been accessible on the quays.
In terms of services and equipment, the port of Saint-Denis-d'Oléron has sanitary facilities (two blocks of toilets and showers), electricity and water terminals on the pontoons, and WiFi is free for boaters.
A laundry with washing machines and dryers is also located, not to mention a fuel station and bilge pump for black and gray water, waste containers (with sorting). Finally, for users, a bicycle loan service has been implemented.
