The platforms have emerged after the French Revolution with the digging of a canal that allowed the Anille to domesticate and thereby avoid flooding.

Currently public promenade and since 1802, docks allow everyone to enjoy a breathtaking view of the church but also to discover a medieval garden and medicinal plants, beautiful gazebos - including one in limestone that belonged to the grandmother mother of Charles Garnier - and restored wash houses.

Classified since 1943.
