The church of Saint-Nicaise Rouen is located in Saint-Marc-Croix de Pierre district, northeast of the historic center of the city.
It came first in a chapel founded in the seventh century to house the relics of St. Nicaise, became a parish church in the fourteenth century. Featuring a new choir in the sixteenth century, the building was looted in 1560 by troops Calvinists during the Wars of Religion.
Featuring an organ of the seventeenth century (restored in 1920), the church was burned accidentally in 1934.
