City of Gard, in Occitania region, Remoulins takes place some thirty kilometers from Nîmes, and twenty kilometers from Avignon and its famous festival. Crossed by the Gard, it reveals a magnificent Mediterranean landscape in which the cherry trees were plenty until the early 2000s.
Populated since the 4th century BC, the town developed during the Middle Ages, before becoming a high place of tourism in the Gard. Today, Remoulins is appreciated for its natural setting, as well as for its charming architectural heritage.
