City of Gard, in Occitania region, Remoulins takes place some thirty kilometers from Nîmes, and twenty kilometers from Avignon and its famous festival. Crossed by the Gard, it reveals a magnificent Mediterranean landscape in which the cherry trees were plenty until the early 2000s.
Populated since the 4th century BC, the town developed during the Middle Ages, before becoming a high place of tourism in the Gard. Today, Remoulins is appreciated for its natural setting, as well as for its charming architectural heritage.
Dynamic, the small town of Gard also offers many activities, mixing water sports on the river, activities bullfighting or even cultural and guided visits in the heart of the old center of the town.
