Small town in the Rhone region in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Quincié-en-Beaujolais takes place about fifty kilometers from Lyon and its famous park of the golden head. Known for its wine business with AOC Beaujolais, Beaujolais-Villages and Brouilly, it is not far Marchampt, Odenas and Saint-Étienne-la-Varenne.
Of ancient origin, the village of Quincié-en-Beaujolais was moved in the course of the Middle Ages to protect perpetual wars. Focused on agriculture and viticulture, it has developed gradually over the centuries, taking the pleasant face and charming that it displays today. The town awarded a flower contest of Cities and flowered Villages of France in fact has an architectural heritage and natural interest.
