Monument in Plassac

Dating from the 18th century and belonging to the Dampierre family for seven generations, the stone castle is the work of architect Victor Louis.

Scenes from Edouard Molinaro's film "Beaumarchais, l'insolent" were shot inside the castle in 1995.

Visitors' access is restricted to the main courtyard, which is located to the west of the castle, and from which one can see the castle's facade, as well as the large 18th-century cellar.

Prices: 8 € per adult - 6 € per child from 6 to 12 years old and students - Free for children under 6 years old.
