A former fortified castle from the first half of the 13th century, the fortified house of Pisy was originally the property of Guy d'Arcis. Today classified as a Historic Monument, it is the property of Guédelon who wishes to restore its letters of nobility.
The strong house of Pisy is distinguished mainly by its architecture and ornamental sculpture. Converted into an agricultural operation at the end of the 18th century, it has nevertheless retained its integrity, particularly in terms of interior distribution or volume. It is still possible to admire beautiful exterior facings, the openings of the hors-oeuvre staircase or even 15th century fireplaces.
