New town in the Somme region Hauts-de-France, Trois-Rivières takes place about thirty kilometers south of Amiens only with its famous cathedral. She was born on January 1, 2019 from the merger of Contoire, Hargicourt and Pierrepont-sur-Avre.

Things to see and do

Hargicourt does not lack charm with its lovely architectural heritage. Strolling through the village, you can see the church of Saint George of the nineteenth century, or the oratory of Our Lady of Hargicourt. Built in the second half of the eighteenth century, it originally served as a pillar for a statue of the Virgin. walking enthusiasts in nature can explore the valleys of the Avre and Three Doms or enjoy the ponds through various hiking trails.

St. Riquier chapel of Pierrepont-sur-Avre is the only vestige still present in the town's Franciscan convent founded in the second half of the fifteenth century.
