Hotel Pellé de Montaleau, sometimes referred to as Bosredon Hotel, is located at number 8 of Place des Victoires, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.
This mansion was built in 1689 on the plans of Robert de Cotte, a student architect from Mansart which he even became the brother-in-law and collaborator.
The building, built to the northwest of the square, was inscribed on the complementary list of historic monuments as early as 1926. With a ground floor business and housing and offices on the upper floors, it is contemporary with the very creation of the place realized to pay tribute to the military successes of Louis XIV, in the middle of which is also an equestrian statue of the Sun King.
