Old mansion located at 59 avenue Raymond-Poincaré, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, the hotel Pauilhac was built in the early 1910s by Charles Letrosne for a famous arms collector of the time.
Listed as a Historical Monument, as well as a 20th century heritage, it presents a very fine example of Art Nouveau. The galleries on the first floor are home to a beautiful mosaic fountain.
Hotel Pauilhac is since the late 1980s a prestigious head office for a large French developer.
