Nogent-sur-Marne is one of the rare towns to have a museum in 1961. It is above all associative, but becomes a municipal museum in 1976 and then an inter-municipal museum in 2018.
The intercommunal museum of Nogent-sur-Marne is dedicated in its permanent exhibition to the history of loops of the Marne, but there are also one or two other temporary exhibitions during the year on different themes.
