Navour-sur-Grosne - Tourism, holidays & weekends guide in the Saône-et-Loire

Part of the Community of Communes and Matour Region since January 2011, the small town of Clermain retained its originality and charm. Bisected by the CEAR (which is an asset for its expansion), it remains a rural town where life is good.

Its hills and groves where herds graze Charolais give free rein to the bucolic walks and reveries of nature lovers.

Brandon is a small town nestled between Cluny and Charollais. It is located near the RCEA 20 minutes from Macon, Cluny 10 minutes and 30 minutes Charolles.

Its groves, forests are a feast for the eyes and walks.

Slowly, increasing its population. Expansion is under control to keep his soul ...

Geographically, Montagny-sur-Grosne, protected to the north by the spur Avoult dominates the upper basin of the Grosne between Cluny and Upper Beaujolais, between Grosne and Noue.

Administratively, it belongs to the Community of Communes Matour and its region, itself enclosed in the country which includes the South Burgundy Saône valley, from Macon to Tournus and Cluny (Cluny townships, and Matour Tramayes).

Historically, it has been the direct influence of the abbey of Cluny, Sires de la Bussiere, marquis of Foudras ... long without ever being subservient to one or the other.

Economically, it does not weigh very heavy, but has attracted some very small businesses that focus on the quality of their work and its position between N79 (Geneva Mâcon-Charolles) and D987 (road Matour) is an important with quality of life and landscapes that are its true wealth.
