Built between the 18th and 19th centuries, the Nantes Stock Exchange Palace was originally used to house the local trade exchange. Listed in the additional inventory of Historic Monuments, it underwent a major restoration campaign at the end of the 20th century in order to accommodate a Fnac store.
In neoclassical style, the Stock Exchange Palace of Nantes is revealed in the form of a rectangular building spread over three floors. The main facade has seven identical windows, as well as an overhang supported by Doric columns. Everything is topped by statues of Jean Bart, Abraham Duquesne and Jacques Cassard.
