Ideally located between the Cevennes and the Mediterranean coast, Moulézan is a charming village set amid vineyards, in the foothills of Leins.
Its history dates back to the construction of the church in the early 12th century (Ecclesia Sancti Crucis Molasano). The Priory of Holy Cross Moulézan was the conferring of the abbot of Saint-Gilles, the Bishop of Uzès gave only vicarship.
Today Moulézan part of the Canton of Saint-Mamert and the Community of Communes Leins Gardonnenques.
