In 1911, between Cannes and Grasse was laid the first electrified track in France (for testing). Renovated in 1998 to serve as a "Youth House", the station sees again passing trains operating between Grasse-Cannes-Nice-Ventimiglia.
On 1 September 2011, the Regional Council and the SNCF open a new office at the station in Mouans-Sartoux. You can buy your train tickets, TGV and TER from the seller, Monday through Saturday from 6:30 to 11:40 and 12:40 to 2:40 p.m., Saturdays from 8:30 to 11:40 and 12:40 to 4:40 p.m., Sundays and holidays: sold out .
