Closed in 2010 for lack of funding, the museum Montpellier Agropolis was originally the Museum of foods and world agriculture. Founded in the second half of the 1980s, it addressed many topics such as balance and food inequality, the relationship between diet and health, food and agriculture around the world.
Once labeled Museum of France, Agropolis also proposed educational workshops, tours and exhibitions, in addition to access to researchers.
