Located on the banks of the Berre pond, Martigues is divided into three districts, formerly small villages, that are Jonquière, Ferrière and the district of the island called the Little Venice of Provence.

A central city for traveling to Marseille (40 km), Aix-en-Provence (46 km), Arles (53 km) and Avignon (90 km), also called the Provencal Venice thanks to its canals, Martigues Its world folklore festival, its museum, its jousts and beaches of the Blue Coast.

Formerly a fishing town, today a tourist and industrial city, Martigues has managed to convert itself by offering you, during the summer, original and varied activities: Venetian festivals, with fireworks, jazz, peaches.

In the town of Martigues, picturesque fishing villages like Carro, and carriers like La Couronne, allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation by the sea or in the many small restaurants. Things to see and do

Martigues, Gallo-Roman city: vestiges of this time in several places of the city and the surroundings.

The fort of Bouc: to get there, a boat shuttle takes you there.

The large park of Figuerolles is a place of relaxation, but also sports. There are mountain bike trails for all levels, pony rides for children, a small train ride to the edge of the pond, various hiking trails, climbing all levels, a pedagogical farm, etc.
