Menival Castle is located in the district of the same name, in the heart of the 5th district of Lyon.
It was built in the last years of the nineteenth century on the site of an old castle of the seventeenth.
The castle of Ménival was the residence of the industrialist Auguste Teste until after the Second World War. In 1956, a real estate company buys the whole, had social housing built in the park, which until then was six hectares wide, and the castle itself is divided into apartments.
