Partially listed as a Historic Monument, the Château de Grammont in Lugny-lès-Charolles is a former fortified castle from the 11th century rebuilt in the 18th century. Former center of the seigniory of Lugny, it is not accessible to the public visit.
Work of the architect Edme Verniquet, the Château de Grammont consists of a central body and two short wings at right angles. Elements of the original medieval fortress are however still visible there, in particular the walls in the cellars or a round tower and loopholes.
Inside, the chateau has retained its original decor with a painted overdoor in two bedrooms, paneling and large landscape panels in the dining room.
