Municipality of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, in the region of New Aquitaine, Louvie-Juzon is located in the heart of the Ossau Valley, on the edge of the department of Hautes-Pyrénées. It takes place about twenty kilometers from Pau, on the banks of the Gave d'Ossau.
The one that owes its name to the wolves that were very present in the village, was famous for its hunters. Formerly a dependency of the bailiwick of Ossau in the 14th century, the town is now known for its tourist activity, its classical music concerts during "Estives Musicales" and its many outdoor activities.
Louvie-Juzon also has an important architectural heritage that testifies to the wealth of the city over the centuries, especially through its church. Gastronomy lovers will also appreciate the local specialties, the village being part of the Ossau-Iraty cheese appellation area and benefiting from very convivial restaurants.
