You will stop at the Jardin des Salines, where the salt makers will welcome you for a demonstration of harvesting salt, called white gold. Ability to independently visit the Salt History Course: On foot, discover the protected natural site where you can watch the salt workers harvesting the salt and explore ways to suit the highlights of history salt through the ages (visiting time 2h).
