Situated on the edge of the Mercantour Park in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Le Seignus is the first ski resort in the Val d'Allos. It takes place at 1500 meters above sea level, about thirty kilometers from Barcelonnette, in the heart of the Alps.

The family-friendly mountain resort of Le Seignus is a village resort that is appreciated by all for its authenticity and numerous activities nearby. Things to see and do

A ski resort located between 1,500 and 2,500 meters above sea level, Le Seignus is a popular resort in the Alps. Linked to the village by cable cars, it features 20 ski slopes of all levels, as well as discovery circuits, a snow garden, pedestrian and snowshoe trails, a fitness center or Yet many nice restaurants. It is possible to practice driving on ice, and the resort is also open in summer for the practice of hiking. A Nordic area is also accessible.

As you walk through the small village of Seignus, you can enjoy the mountain architecture and admire the Notre-Dame-de-Valvert church and the Saint-Sébastien chapel. Several natural sites, perfect for hiking or climbing, also surround the town and you will enjoy walking to Lake Allos, the Bois des Seignus, the Col de la Petite Cayolle, the Mont Pelat or the Roche Grande.

Events and festivities

Two weekly markets are proposed, in season, on Wednesdays and Thursdays morning in the Val d'Allos resort.

Various sporting and cultural events are organized throughout the year in the resort of Val d'Allos, close to the Seignus, such as the Scott Trail Blanc in January, Val d'Allos Tribe 10000 in June or the Horse at the end of July.
