Chapel Saint-Pierre

Located in the heart of the town of Le Monêtier-les-Bains, in the Hautes-Alpes, the Saint-Pierre chapel was built in the second half of the 17th century. Partly rebuilt in the 18th century due to a fire, the one that is also called the Chapel of the Penitents now houses a museum of sacred art. On the program of places, collections of polychrome wood, goldsmith's work or liturgical ornaments from other chapels and churches in the town.
