The town of Mesnil-Esnard is located in the department of Seine-Maritime and the Haute-Normandie region. It belongs to the Canton of Boos and the district of Rouen.
Located on the plateau east of Rouen area, at an average altitude of 150 meters between the valleys of the Seine and Aubette, Le Mesnil-Esnard this terrain very marked except the beginning of the valley of Val des Bois the deer.
