The arena Robert Brès are located Lansargues, a locality of Herault, 20 km east of Montpellier, in the heart of the Petite Camargue.
They were converted in the early twentieth century after the sale of a house and outbuildings that included a menagerie forming a rectangular courtyard in the village.
As a result, bullfighting events took place and, over time, an ovoid track and then stands, changing rooms and even an infirmary completed the equipment.
These arenas shaded and enclosed in the urban fabric of the town are now protected as historical monuments because of their particular configuration and the original enclosure that frames them.
They welcome from spring to autumn bullfights, bullfighting shows, ferias and traditional events in Camargue.
The whole has benefited from a restoration a few years ago.
