The commune of Labatut-Rivière is located in the department of Hautes-Pyrénées, in Occitania region, in the country of Rivière-Basse, in the borders of Bigorre, Béarn and Armagnac.
Perched on the northern tip of the Hautes-Pyrénées department, it is situated in the very heart of the Val d'Adour, set in the east and in the west between the close hills of the Gers and the Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
