Listed as a Historic Monument, Clauzuroux Castle was built between the 17th and 18th centuries. Private property converted into guest rooms and gîtes, it is located on the remains of an old medieval manor.
The building is presented as a large square of 50 m on each side with an interior courtyard. It is completed by two round towers from the 17th century, as well as two pavilions. The whole is topped with mansard roofs with dormer windows.
On the south-east side, a terrace leads to a now dry reach. A very beautiful French garden, accessible by a bridge, is also to be admired.
