The Valgaudemar ski resort is located in the town of La Chapelle-en-Valgaudemar, in the Hautes-Alpes, 45 km northeast of Gap (by road).
It has an area dedicated to Nordic skiing ranging from 1000 to 1400 m altitude. It includes 4 cross-country ski trails totaling 28 km in length.
In the heart of the Ecrins Natural Park, snowshoe hikers are also celebrating with dedicated loops, traced in the undergrowth and dotted with remarkable natural sites (ice waterfalls).
From the town, for alpine skiing enthusiasts, it is easy to reach other resorts in the Valgaudemar valley such as Orcières-Merlette.
In summer, the landscapes remain just as spectacular, but this time the paths are the opportunity to follow the banks of the rivers that descend from the summits, in particular. As for the fauna and flora, they are preserved and add to the charm of the site. All information on +33 4 92 49 09 35.
