L'Épine

Built at the beginning of the 15th century, Notre-Dame Basilica is a Flamboyant Gothic building registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site under the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela. Also classified as an historic monument, it has long remained a major pilgrimage site in Champagne. Inspired by the cathedral of Toul, it reveals very beautiful gargoyles, as well as an interesting rood screen of the end of the 15th century. Inside, it is possible to admire a venerated Virgin of the fourteenth century, a seated Virgin of the fifteenth, a Saint Jacques wooden sixteenth, a beam of glory of the sixteenth or very beautiful stained glass windows of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

Do not miss to appreciate the Stations of the Cross or the old wash house.

Every first Sunday of October, L'Épine organizes its famous flea market.

In September, place at the show of gastronomy and books, including a scholarship all collections.

The talent show is held every year at the end of November.
