The medieval town of Gallardon can be recognised from far away by the outline of its church tower and ruined tower nicknamed the “épaule de Gallardon” (shoulder of Gallardon). This tower is the remains of the keep of the former fortified castle which used to stand here. Do not miss going to admire the beautiful facade of the wooden house called Fief des Marmousets.

In April: Art Fair at the multipurpose room of Gallardon:
Visitors will be able to discover the works of artists from all walks of life: painters, sculptors, photographers, stained glass artists.
This event is organized by the municipality of Gallardon as part of "The wheat route in Beauce". Also artists have the freedom to present one or more works related to Eurelian heritage.
Admission is free.
Every 3rd weekend in September, the Saint-Mathieu craft and trade fair takes place:
The fair and associated medieval events take place in the city center.
The historic heart of the city (the church square and the streets of the city center) is particularly devoted to local products and gastronomy.
Place du Jeu de Paume is reserved for commercial, craft and association activities.
