It's June 10, 1857 that seems Decree granting the company the Ardennes railway (which will be encompassed in the company of the Eastern Railways) the construction and operation of railway line Charleville to the Belgian border by Givet. The Fumay station will be built in 1860 from stone from a local quarry extraction whose permission was granted specifically for its realization. Various modifications, including removal of front building, will speak during the 1960s.
