A unique cultural monument, the Wintenberger mill-museum takes place on the banks of the Canche, at Frévent. Dedicated to safeguarding the agricultural memory of the Ternois, the site is an old water mill from the Middle Ages renovated into a museum in the 1990s.
In around twenty rooms, visitors can discover a large collection of old tools farms or mills, as well as products from the Wintenberger establishments, a manufacture of agricultural machinery builders.
Events are also regularly organized for young and old in order to revive the agricultural work of yesteryear such as threshing, milling wheat or even the braiding of ropes.
