Magnificent heritage of the commune of Fermanville, the viaduct, all in granite, was built between 1907 and 1911.
From its 32 meters and its 20 arches, it spans the superb valley of Moulins that you can walk on foot thanks to the marked hiking trail that crosses it.
This viaduct was originally built to house at the beginning of the century the new railway line connecting Cherbourg to Barfleur. The train was nicknamed "Le Tue-Vacques" at the time...
