Étang-sur-Arroux is located in the department of Saône-et-Loire, in the Regional Natural Park of Morvan. This small village, takes place in the district of Autun, bordering Saint-Didier-sur-Arroux.

Monuments of interest to discover Étang-sur-Arroux abound, and it is possible to appreciate the history of this unique town in the course of pleasant walks.

Former property of Nicolas Rolin, great local figure, the castle of La Ferriere still reveals some remains.

Rebuilt in the nineteenth century in a neo-Gothic style, the church St Peter at the origin of the eleventh century.

Walking through Étang-sur-Arroux, visitors can admire the cave of la Garenne, replica of the Lourdes, home Treader, century house on the banks of the Arroux, or the beautiful five-arched bridge.
