Épernon

The twelfth century, the St. Peter's church originally a Romanesque building. Today listed building, it had a first restoration in the sixteenth century. The choir still welcomes the remains partly mummified a family member of Épernon.

Formerly common winemaker Épernon kept his past a former wine cellar of the twelfth century sandstone country. It has three naves with seven bays vaulted and carved pillars and capitals is also classified as an historic monument.

While passing through the town, do not forget to admire the Priory St. Thomas the eleventh century, the house with wood sides with the ground floor of the fifteenth century listed historical monuments or the very interesting conservatory Meules Pavers. This highlights the importance of careers in the territory through such a fine collection of tools. The site takes place in an old barn.

• A Christmas market is proposed in December.
