Charming town of Belfort, in Burgundy, Franche-Comté Delle takes place twenty-five kilometers from Belfort, on the edge of the border with Switzerland. Second city of the department in terms of population, it is not far Thiancourt Joncherey and Grandvillars.
Occupied since the Gallo-Roman Delle was originally installed at the intersection of the main road connecting Mandeure Augusta Raurica. Property of the duchy of Alemannia in the seventh century, and land under the Merovingian Alsatian authority, the town is forged over the centuries its appearance today suffering the vagaries of history because of its strategic location.
Full of charm, the city still continues to attract visitors from all sides by the variety of its historical heritage.
