Small village of about 600 inhabitants in the heart of a valley surrounded by forests where you can walk freely and see deer, stags and other wild boars. Hiking trails including Via Francigena pass through the forest.
Culmont has a primary school and an SNCF station at the end of the village.
On its territory is a large farm which exploits land and meadows for a hundred milking cows and their young that you can see in the meadows all summer.
