• Visit of the village center: In the village 5 panels evoke the remains of the castle town, the priory-castle, the Saint-Joseph chapel and the crosses. In the hamlet of Hostelleries, we discover the old bridge, the old inns and the work of the blacksmith.
• Parc de Courzieu: In the heart of the magnificent forest of the Lyonnais mountains, raptors, wolves, owls, owls and snails will make you live an extraordinary day full of emotions and discoveries. Every day, highlights are organized to meet all the animals in the park.
• Landscape reading table: At the bend of a hike in the heart of the wooded Crêts, you will discover a reading table which dominates a vast landscape where the Forez mountains to the south embrace those of Beaujolais to the north, and display their color palettes, mixing agricultural activity, mixed farming and breeding.
• Brévenne aqueduct: This aqueduct fed in the Brévenne valley. It took its source in the valley of the Orjolle, on the territory of the municipality of Aveize. The village of Courzieu is fortunate to own parts of the aqueduct. Indeed, through a walk of 7 km, you will be able to discover the remains, according to explanatory panels. It is a real treasure from Roman times.
• Bike park Courzieu: For downhill mountain biking enthusiasts, come and discover and test the bike park. From green to black, four mountain bike trails are accessible free of charge, depending on your level, from the parking lot of the multipurpose room.
• 2 mountain bike circuits fully signposted to FFC standards accessible to mountain bikes and VTTAE. You also have the possibility of doing all or part of the Grande Traversée du Rhône VTT, a 230 km mountain bike route from North to South of the department.
• Little Wolf Trail: This 7 km thematic trail highlights the local natural, historical and cultural heritage. This introductory course, heritage and discovery of nature, educates walkers and young people to respect the environment. A walk for young and old, where we come to discover the different aspects of the flora and fauna present in the town.
• "Strawberry Country" Circuits: The municipality of Courzieu has created seven circuits around the theme of strawberries. Come discover and enjoy the cultural, historical and natural heritage.
• Courz'y Trail Park: A space dedicated to the practice of trail running accessible from the center of the village. 5 tracks of different difficulties and fully marked have been created to make you discover the spaces of Courzieu. • Shops and service providers (bakery, grocery store and association bar, inn, bicycle maintenance company, taxis) are at your disposal in the heart of the village of Courzieu.
• Craftsmen (pottery, painting workshop, copyist...) are also present to help you discover local know-how.
• Several lodgings are available to welcome you throughout the year in the town of Courzieu.
• Some farmers offer the sale of their crops either directly or at the Comptoir du Village (fruits, vegetables, artisanal quenelles, etc.).

• Also, the Tour de France was passing through Courzieu, on July 13, 2019. A sign, located at the start of the Croix de Part hill, indicates the best time achieved by one of the breakaways of the Tour. Now is the time to try and beat that weather and practice on that climb.
